Bruce W. Owens

· Bruce has over 35 years of experience as a practicing attorney in the EU and United States, both as a partner in US-based law firms and as a senior executive in multinational corporations.

· Prior to joining A-Medica, Bruce served as Vice-President and Deputy General Counsel of the world's largest nutritional and cosmetic direct sales company and was responsible for legal and business affairs in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

· Bruce is the former Managing Partner of the Brussels office of a large US law firm, where he represented multinational clients in a variety of EU business, regulatory and litigation matters, with particular emphasis on the food and drug sector in a variety of matters at the EU and Member State level.

· Bruce has been involved in the formation of a number of new ventures, and most recently was a founder and Chairman of a UK-based consulting firm for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry.

· Bruce attended Georgetown University where he received his JD degree and King's College, London, and was awarded a diploma in European Community Law.
